The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of your booking form and the provisional booking will only be held for 10 days.
Payment in full is to be made on departure.
We are not responsible/liable for any clients’ equipment brought onto the premises.
An alternative room may be offered if the numbers expected are less than given on the booking form.
We seek to maintain high standards at Stockton House and therefore expect our clients to leave the premises in the same condition as they found them.
The hirer will be responsible for ensuring that guests leave the premises and the car park area, in a quiet and responsible manner having due regard for the local residents
Cancellation charges:
No charge if more than 90 days notice given
50% of charge if 60 – 90 days notice given
75% of charge if 14 days - 60 days notice given
100% of charge if less than 14 days notice given
